I can’t say enough good things about how they handled a mistake on their part. They sent flowers to my wife on the wrong date, a week early. The flowers were so gorgeous, the quality and workmanship were top notch. They reach out to me as soon as they realized they sent them out early and asked how I wanted to handle the situation. It was hard to be disappointed once I seen the flowers. My wife loved them and that was all that mattered. Then yesterday she received another set of flowers from Gregory’s that were just as beautiful as the original flowers that I ordered. It really made her day because the flowers were for our 20 year anniversary. All I can say is Thank you for handling the situation the way you did.
